I very quickly lose patience with these screws especially as Renault decided to fit two to each disc. The top countries of supplier is China, from which the percentage. My clio needed new discs and pads.
I'd ask around if I was you and see if there is anyone you know who would be happy to change them for you.
I would however agree that the front brake pads need replacing, but thats it.
